Refund Policy

We have a 24 hour returns policy, which means you have 24 hours from the time you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn or unused), with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and make it right.

*Note: If you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 3 days of recive order. We will no longer be responsible for damage to your goods after the time limit has expired. Thank you for your cooperation.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), customised items (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your particular item, please contact us.

We regret that we cannot accept returns of special offers or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you have, once the return has been accepted, please purchase the new item separately.

We will notify you once we have received and checked your return and advise you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the system will automatically refund you via the original payment method. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
